1. Cancellation Policy
- Customers can request order cancellations within 7 calendar days from the date of order placement.

- Once the project/work has commenced, cancellations may not be possible. However, in certain cases, a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed and resources allocated.
- Orders cannot be canceled once the work has been completed or delivered.
- Norrs Media Private Limited reserves the right to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will be notified accordingly.
2. Refund Policy
- Any advance payment made is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- If a project is canceled after work has commenced, a partial refund (if applicable) will be determined based on the percentage of work completed and resources utilized.
- No refunds will be issued for services that have been fully completed or delivered.
- Refunds are not applicable to digital marketing campaigns, website development, or any other service that involves customization or resource allocation.
3. How to Request a Cancellation
- Customers must email their cancellation request to info@norrsmedia.com or submit a request through our contact form at https://norrsmedia.com/contact-us/, mentioning their order ID and reason for cancellation.
- Approved cancellations (if within the 7-day period and before work has begun) will not be eligible for any refund of advance payment.
